Advanced Breath & Meditation

In this Advanced Breath and Meditation 10 day mini course, you’ll build upon the practices learned in the Beginners Breath and Meditation course.

You’ll experience longer periods of silence, more moments of stillness and embed in your body. You’ll explore bandhas, kriyas, mudras and mantras as additions to your breath practices. You’ll have a range of techniques to use you can call upon to respond to situations as they arise.

Pre-requisite: 2 week Beginners Breath and Meditation course.

There are no further Advanced courses scheduled for 2022. Stay tuned for 2023.
