Advanced Breath & Meditation

In this 9 day course, we’ll build upon the practices learned in the Beginners Breath and Meditation course.

Together we’ll explore bandhas, kriyas, mudras and mantras.  We’ll lengthen breath retentions and practice longer moments of stillness.

Pre-requisite: 2 week Beginners Breath and Meditation course.

Week one: Monday 9th August to Friday 13th August, 2021

Week two: Monday 16th August to Thursday 19th August, 2021
