Improve your sleep, lower your stress levels and set yourself up for a great day with simple but powerful breath and meditation techniques.

Three sessions a week
30 minutes each
two weeks – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6.45 AM

Week one: 7th, 9th, 11th December
Week two: 14th, 16th, 18th December

**We’ll be chanting the Bija Mantras as our meditation practice for this special 2 week journey.**

There are no refunds, credits or transfers for this 2 week journey. Recordings are provided after each session.
