Yoga retreats range from a ‘yoga holiday’ to silent retreat. These retreats are somewhere in between. There’s definitely no alcohol, and we might practice a little silence from time to time, but in general we practice relaxing and resetting our overstressed nervous systems. We do this with nourishing food, lots of rest time, yoga meditation and breath practices suitable for all levels and bush walking. We also throw in laughter, companionship, discussion and an open, inclusive environment and a little coffee! Ultimately modern life is a busy these days, so take the opportunity these weekends afford for some time out to reset.

2 x nights accommodation in the tranquil surrounds of Corinella House.

4 x yoga sessions designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.
4 x meditation sessions.
3 x Yoga Nidra sessions (sleeping meditation)
